Kimball University: Pricing and Policies
Our 4-day courses in North America cost $2,595 USD per person; pricing for other international classes will vary. The course fee includes four days of instruction, daily continental breakfast, buffet lunch and morning/afternoon snacks, course materials and a Certificate of Completion. Students also receive a copy of the companion Toolkit for each class, along with a copy of The Kimball Group Reader.

Discounts
Kimball University offers the following discounted prices for our North America classes; discounts for other international classes will vary. Only one discount may be used.
• Early registration: $2,295 USD per person (no exceptions to cut off dates)
• Government or non-profit organizations: $2,450 USD per person
• Groups of three or more from the same company registering for the same class at the same time: $2,295 USD per person
• Groups of six or more from the same company registering for the same class at the same time: $2,150 USD per person
Note: Groups that register at a discounted rate must retain the minimum group size for a single class or the discount will be revoked.
Forms of Payment
Registration in a Kimball University class cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. Class tuition should be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express); government/US corporate purchase orders and checks are also accepted at the following address until one week prior to the start of class. Only credit card payments will be accepted within one week of class.

Requests for invoices and/or taxpayer identification W-9 forms should be sent to registration@kimballgroup.com. For your accounts payable department, Kimball University’s Federal Tax ID Number is 77-0323604.
Academic Credit
You can receive up to two academic credits per 4-day North American Kimball University course through our relationship with the University of Oregon’s Applied Information Management (AIM) Master’s Degree Program. Both undergraduate and graduate credits are available. Follow this link for more information.
Substitution/Transfer/Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, please read the following carefully and then contact Kimball University Registration (registration@kimballgroup.com or 866.568.6060 within the US/541.346.3035 from outside the US).
When there’s a cancellation or transfer, we incur costs and therefore charge fees. We recognize that changes are sometimes unavoidable and offer these alternatives.
Substitutions
You may substitute another person in your place any time prior to the class.
Transfers
You can transfer to another class without penalty if we receive notice more than 10 business days before a class. For transfer notices received within 10 business days of a class, there is a $500 transfer fee.
Cancellations
If you must cancel for any reason, your class fee will be returned, less a $400 cancellation fee, as long as your cancellation is received no later than 10 business days prior to the class. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations within 10 business days of a class.
If Kimball University must cancel a course for any reason, you will be notified immediately. Kimball University's liability is limited to class tuition.
